I want to write some profound shit here, but I'm just a normal guy who is tired on the journey of life. I use words in various formats and call it poetry in order to describe my steps on my journeys on this planet in my rotations around the sun. Some of it's pretty good in the way that others can relate to it; some of it is bland, a reminder that life isn't always up or down but sometimes just a plateau devoid of meaning. Some of it is joyful, a reminder that the ups don't always have to be mountain tops; they can just be blips in the day that bring a smile to the face and glint to the eyes. I write because I must; I write in order to process; and, I write because my ego sometimes just wants to be stroked. I write because I'm human, and I'm not sure that I can make beauty any other way.
