Hi! My name is Tara. Born and raised in California. I am a wife to an amazing man and I'm a mom to twin girls born August 2014. I also have two boy furbabies. Max (dog) and Bagheera (cat). I created sugarsweatandsparks.com a year before I became pregnant as a way to hold myself accountable for my health and wellness journey. Due to a high risk pregnancy and the girls arriving 8 weeks early I took some time off of blogging and my wellness (to be honest). I am now working my way back into both.
