1. Master of Arts in Media Studies (Film) 2. Inside Hitler's Bunker by Joachim Fest It's an interesting look at Adolf Hitler's final days, who at one time was the most powerful man in Europe, now turned into a frail, senile old man as he watches his empire of tyranny and hate turn into ash and rubble right before his very eyes. I personally love this book since it serves as a stark reminder that anyone who uses their position of power to exploit and oppress their people would eventually reap what they sow. 3. Jose Rizal by Marilou Diaz-Abaya (1998) The film perfectly encapsulate the various hardships that Filipinos experienced under the hands of the Spanish Colonizers during that era. The film tells the story of a man trying to save his nation from the oppressive Spanish, however contemplates if it is worth sacrificing his own life. It does a good job at telling a story of a historical figure than films like "Heneral Luna". 4. Lino Brocka (Filmmaker) One of the few individuals who not only spoke out against human rights abuses in his country but also showed it to the Filipino people with his films. 5. Eraserheads One of the few bands that would make me stop whatever i'm doing just to sing along to their songs. You can never get bored of listening to them since they tackle a wide range of genres and their topics usually vary from love and relationships to social prejudice and injustice. 6. 9gag.com It is meme-site where people can post images, gifs or videos that contains "humorous" content. I usually go to this site for laughs whenever i feel down or stressed out. 7. Anything that is edible. I love to eat.
