I was born near Liverpool in the England and spent my early years in a small village called Port Sunlight. I trained as a Nursery Nurse and worked with special-needs children and as a English Nanny before moving to Austin, Texas in 1991 with my husband Paul . Due to work, our 1 to 2 month stay in Austin turned into 7 years. Our first child, a daughter was born in Austin in 1994 and then we moved to Arizona in 1998 - the same year our twin boys were born.. I have worked in education and special needs for most of my career. I have traveled and landed may places and have bought and sold homes along the both for personal and investment purposes. but I have been especially blessed with the chance to raise my three wonderful children. I consider Arizona home, and I love it here - even when the temperature reaches triple digits! In 2010 my husband and I celebrated the 20th anniversary of our first trip to the US by becoming naturalized citizens of the United States. I became a certified real estate agent. because it allows me to combine my past experiences in managing my own rental properties both in the UK and the US, and my real estate holding company, with my love for helping and working with people.
