Dr. Oscar John Ma is a healthcare visionary who has dedicated his life to improving emergency care in Oregon. He spearheaded expanding emergency care in the state from one staffed emergency department to five in 12 years, increasing the budget from $10M to $28M. This allowed for increased investment opportunities in technology and patient care improvements.
